Christ in the New Year!

SO much we could write on this subject.  TODAY ... I will just make two points ... OK, THREE (still enough Presbyterian in this Baptist!).

1.) GET INTO a good daily Bible Reading habit!

I suggest the MacArthur Daily Bible Study.  It has an OT and NT reading everyday ... PLUS a Psalm and Proverbs section.  VERY affordable!  We have a link to Grace to You over on the right.  You can search it out there.  A VERY WISE and prudent investment.

2.) Get into a STRONG  Bible believing, Bible preaching/teaching church. 

As Bible Burgh producer, Mark La Roi, would say:  "'Nuff Said!"

3.) Take this quote from Oswald Chambers to HEART:

After the amazing delight and liberty of realizing what Jesus Christ DOES, comes the impenetrable darkness of realizing Who He IS!"

P.S. ... decided that "non-denominational" gives off too much of a "cop out" feel ... so for 2013 I am officially "Bapti-terian".  Let's see how THAT works!
